Longtime ABC News weatherman Rob Marciano is out after 10 years.
The television personality, 55, was the meteorologist on Good Morning America, until he took time off in March 2022 during his divorce with ex-wife Eryn Marciano. After the split, he was allegedly “temporarily banned” from the studio following an incident with a female colleague.
The New York Post reported he was fired from ABC News Tuesday. He had reportedly “done something” that was “improper,” an unnamed source told Page Six.
Because of his long career in journalism, he’s now amassed a large net worth.

The meteorologist has a net worth of $2 million, according to Celebrity Net Worths. Before being fired, he had been with ABC News since July 2014.
He started as the network’s senior meteorologist, and he first debuted on Good Morning America that same year.
Before that, he was with CNN, where he served as American Morning’s Weather Anchor from 2003 to 2011. That program was eventually replaced by Early Start and Starting Point, and Rob subsequently left the network.
Two years prior to his firing, his now ex-wife filed for divorce after 11 years. After that, he was “less consistent” on the air.
He was relocated to ABC’s World News Tonight after his time off in 2022. The program shoots in a different studio, and he spent time reporting from the field.
His most recent reporting aired last week, and it was focused on Shreveport, Louisiana’s recovery from a powerful storm in June 2023.
